These terms govern your use of RepSentinel AI. By creating an account or connecting a review platform, you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You can cancel or delete your account at any time from your dashboard.

Acceptable use

Use RepSentinel AI to monitor and respond to reviews on platforms you own or operate. Do not use the service to scrape data, send unsolicited messages, or impersonate others.

Plans and billing

RepSentinel AI is free during beta until launch, with no credit card required. After launch, the published plans are Starter at $29 per month for one location and Pro at $79 per month for up to five locations. Paid checkout is not active during beta. Any future billing terms, including how and when recurring charges begin, will be shown before you subscribe.

Response suggestions are drafted by AI and presented to you for review before publication. You are responsible for the responses you publish.
